Fun & Creativity

Art

Between their second and third birthdays, children begin to pay attention to print, such as the letters in their names. They also begin to distinguish between drawing and writing and start to scribble on paper, making some marks that are like letters. Two and three year olds require activities to help them develop hand coordination.

Music

Music is great for our baby’s brain development.

Movement

There are many different kinds of play: imaginative and pretend play, creative activities such as drawing, all sorts of games, and physical play, such as rolling a ball or dancing. Movement and play are good for children’s bodies and brains. Movement and play keep children healthy and build their coordination and strength. Children also explore and learn about the world through movement and play.

Language

Our Chinese and English speaking staff motivates and guides our infants and preschoolers in becoming independent, confident, and caring, in a bilingual setting. Our curriculum focuses in depth on bilingualism and the development of a second language while, from the early stages of their lives, developing our children’s fine and gross motor skills. Our vocabulary-rich curriculum, infused with sing-a-longs and read-aloud at all ages, helps our children develop vocabulary in a stress-free environment. While building a second language our children are eager to communicate and apply what they have learned in class into their everyday lives and routine.

Mathematics

Kids start learning math the moment they start exploring the world. Each skill — from identifying shapes to counting to finding patterns — builds on what they already know. Our mathematics programs focus on children’s number Sense, spatial sense, and their understand of measurement, compare and contrast, patterns and number representation.

Outside Play

Outdoor play is good for children’s physical health, development and well-being. It’s fun too!
We encourage children to play outside several times a day.Our outdoor play ideas include tummy time, ball play, nature walks, game, art and so on. Our child can play outside even when it’s wet or cold.
ted that children in this age group absorb and achieve more than at any other stage in their school life, and this makes choosing the right nursery school vital.
